Parking availability can vary depending on the time of day. When the immediate area is busy, please use nearby public parking and take a short walk to our venue. We encourage groups to travel together where possible.

Our rooms are family-friendly and welcome younger players, although some puzzles may be challenging. An adult aged 18 or older must participate with anyone aged 16 or younger, and a parent or guardian must sign the waiver for participants under 18. Identification may be requested.

Yes. Children aged four and under may join you free of charge. Please call after booking so we can add them to your reservation, as each room has a maximum safe capacity.

No food or drinks may be taken into the game rooms, and alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. Drinks and snacks may be available to purchase on site.

An escape room is a themed, real-life adventure filled with puzzles, locks and riddles for your team to solve. The room brings a story to life and gives your team 60 minutes to complete the mission or escape.

Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund. Please call us so the team can assist with the cancellation.
